保和丸加减治疗儿童霰粒肿137例

摘　　要：本文介绍笔者于2016年1月-2017年12月采用保和丸加减治疗137例霰粒肿患儿,基本处方为:法半夏5 g,陈皮5 g,茯苓5 g,甘草5 g,鸡内金5 g,神曲3 g,炒莱菔子6 g,连翘3 g,炒山楂5 g,防风3 g。根据患儿体重和体质酌情对药量适当增减。临床观察2个疗程内痊愈21例,显效32例,好转61例,无效23例,有效率83.2%;4个疗程内痊愈87例,显效35例,有效9例,无效6例。对已痊愈患者,半年后随访,3例复发,总复发率为3.4%。获得良好疗效,值得推广。The article introduces the authors applying modified Baohe Pill in treating 137 children with chalazion from January 2016 to December 2017.The basic prescription is as follows:Rhizoma Pinellinae Praeparata 5 g,Dried Orange Peel 5 g,Poria Cocos 5 g,Licorice 5 g,Chicken's Gizzard-membrane 5 g,medicated leaven 3 g,fried Radish Seed 6 g,Forsythia 3 g,fried Hawthorn 5 g and Divaricate Saposhnikovia Root 3 g,the prescription is subject to children's weight and body mass for appropriate modification of dosage.Through clinical observation for 2 courses of treatment,21 cases were cured,32 cases had a remarkable therapeutic efficacy,61 cases turned better and 23 cases failed,with an effective rate of 83.2%.Within 4 courses of treatment,87 cases were cured,35 cases had a remarkable therapeutic efficacy,9 cases had a therapeutic efficacy and 6 cases failed.For patients who had recovered,we visited them in half a year and found 3 cases recurred,with the total recurrence rate of 3.4%.In view of a good therapeutic effect,it is worth popularizing.
