中医内外合治法治疗急性痛风性关节炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:本文探讨中医内外合治法治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将100例急性痛风性关节炎患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组单纯采用西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用清热除湿活血通络方加减并外敷肿痛消治疗,观察两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、疼痛评分、实验室指标及安全性情况。结果:观察组总有效率为90.0%,对照组为74.0%,观察组疗效明显优于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医证候积分、疼痛评分、红细胞沉降率、C-反应蛋白、血尿酸水平均下降,观察组下降更明显,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论:运用中医内外合治法治疗急性痛风性关节炎有更好的疗效,且无不良反应,安全性好。Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of Chinese medicine internal and external treatment on acute gout arthritis.Methods:100 patients with acute gout arthritis were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table.The control group was treated with Western medicine only,and the observation group was treated with Qingre Chushi Huoxue Tongluo formula for swelling and pain elimination and the external application of Zhongtongxiao on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy,symptoms points,pain score,laboratory indicators and safety of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate was 90.0%in the observation group and 74.0%in the control group.The efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.After treatment,TCM syndrome scores,pain scores,blood sedimentation rate,c-reactive protein and uric acid levels of the two groups all decreased,and the decrease was more significant in the observation group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reactions were observed in either group.Conclusion:The treatment of acute gout arthritis with internal and external combination of traditional Chinese medicine had better curative effect,there were no adverse reactions and it was of good safety.
