借力针刺辅助手法整脊治疗腰椎小关节紊乱症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:对针刺水沟穴辅助手法整脊治疗腰椎小关节紊乱症的临床疗效进行研究。方法:将68例腰椎小关节紊乱症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗后观察效果并进行对比。结果:治疗组和观察组治疗结束后,对比结果有显著差异,具有统计学意义。结论:治疗组疗效更为显著,值得在临床上推广。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture at Renzhong acupoint combined with manipulation chiropractic in the treatment of lumbar facet joint disorder.Methods:68 patients with lumbar facet joint disorder were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,the effect was observed and compared.Results:After treatment,the effect of the treatment group and the control group was of significant differences,which was with statistical significance.Conclusion:The curative effect of the treatment group was more significant,which was worthy of clinical promotion.
