Objective:To analyze the feasibility of massage assisted acupuncture for spastic paralysis after stroke.Methods:50 patients with spastic paralysis after stroke admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the subjects of observation in this study, and grouped by coin method. In the control group,25 cases were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion alone, and in the treatment group,25 cases were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion combined with massage. The degree of spasm, motor function, daily living ability and overall clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the control group was significantly lower than that in the treatment group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,MAS score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,ADL score and FMA score of the two groups were higher than that before treatment. In terms of inter-group comparison, the improvement degree of the treatment group was statistically different from that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Massage assisted acupuncture could improve spasmodic state, life and motor function of patients with spasmodic paralysis after stroke.
