穴位注射与针灸推拿用于神经根型颈椎病患者治疗中的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:研究分析在神经根型颈椎病患者中采取穴位注射以及针灸推拿治疗的临床效果。方法:选取在本院接受治疗的神经根型颈椎病患者作为研究对象,选取时间段为2017年1月-2018年6月,病例数为285例。通过随机数字表法分组,平均分成对照组142例和观察组143例。对照组中患者接受针灸推拿治疗方式,观察组中患者接受穴位注射联合针灸推拿治疗,分析两组患者治疗前后的VAS疼痛分数以及治疗后的总疗效率情况。结果:观察组中患者的总疗效率为94.37%,对照组中患者总疗效率79.02%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的VAS分数均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗后观察组中患者的VAS分数显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床上针对神经根型颈椎病患者采取穴位注射联合针灸推拿治疗效果良好,治疗后患者的疼痛显著缓解,病情明显改善。Objective:To study the clinical effect of acupoint injection and acupuncture and massage therapy in patients with cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type.Methods:285 patients with cervical spondylopathy treated in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected.The patients were divided into two groups:the control group(142 cases)and the observation group(143 cases).The patients in the control group received acupuncture and massage therapy,while the patients in the observation group received acupoint injection combined with acupuncture and massage therapy.The pain scores of VAS before and after treatment and the total curative effect rate of the two groups were analyzed.Results:The total curative effect rate was 94.37%in the observation group and 79.02%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the VAS scores of the patients in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint injection combined with acupuncture and massage was effective in treating patients with cervical spondylopathy of nerve root type.
