萆菟五子强精散治疗慢性前列腺炎弱精症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨萆菟五子强精散治疗慢性前列腺炎伴弱精症的临床效果,为治疗及预防提供依据。方法:选取本院2017年1月-2018年12月收治的符合入组标准的64例慢性前列腺炎伴弱精症患者为研究对象,采取数字法随机将其分成治疗组(32例)与对照组(32例)。对照组予以患者常规宁泌泰胶囊与口服维生素E软胶囊;治疗组给予患者萆菟五子强精散治疗,3个月为一个疗程,观察两组患者治疗前后慢性前列腺炎症状评分(Chronic Prostatitis Symptom Index,CPSI)变化、常规精液以及卵磷脂小体计数分布情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组患者的a+b级精子活力有所提高且精子液化时间明显缩短,CPSI评分下降,卵磷脂小体3/4视野与满视野占比升高,且上述指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者的治疗总有效率为84.38%,明显高于对照组的43.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:萆菟五子强精散治疗慢性前列腺炎伴弱精症,效果显著,精液液化时间缩短且精子活力较高,明显提高了卵磷脂小体数目,临床应用价值较高。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Beitu Wuzi Qiangjing San on chronic prostatitis with asthenospermia.Methods:64 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(32 cases)and control group(32 cases)by numerical method.The control group was given routine oral vitamin E pills.Patients in the treatment group were treated with Beitu Wuzi Qiangjing San,3 months as a course.Results:After treatment,the level a+b sperm motility of patients in the treatment group was improved and the sperm liquefaction time was significantly shortened.CPSI score was decreased,and the proportion of 3/4 field of vision and full field of vision of lecithin bodies was increased in the treatment group.The above indicators were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total efficiency in the treatment group was 84.38%,significantly higher than 43.75%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Beitu Wuzi Qiangjing San is effective on chronic prostatitis with asthenospermia.The semen liquefaction time is shortened and the sperm motility is higher.It significantly improves the number of lecithin bodies and has high clinical application value.
