摘　　要：IgA肾病是常见的肾小球疾病,如何提高本病的临床疗效是人们十分关注的一个问题。中医药治疗本病具有一定的优势,文章结合我科临床经验,阐述中医药治疗IgA肾病的思路与方法,突出中医特色,提倡中西医结合治疗,进一步提高IgA肾病的临床疗效。IgA nephropathy is a common glomerular disease,and how to improve the clinical efficacy of this disease is a problem of great concern.TCM has certain advantages in treating this disease.Combined with clinical experience,the article elaborated the idea and method of TCM in treating IgA nephropathy,highlighted the characteristics of TCM,and advocated the combination of TCM and Western medicine,to improve the clinical efficacy of IgA nephropathy.
