平乐正骨“筋滞骨错”理论指导的推拿手法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的价值

摘　　要：目的:研究平乐正骨”筋滞骨错”理论指导的推拿手法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的价值。方法:实验对象为2015年5月-2018年5月期间我科收治的80例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,将研究对象随机均分为实验组和对照组,每组40例。两组患者均行常规推拿手法治疗,观察组患者以平乐正骨“筋滞骨错”理论为指导对患者进行推拿,观察两组患者治疗前后疼痛视觉评分量表(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分、骨关节炎指数(The Western Ontario and McMaster Univerities Osteoarthritis Index,WOMAC)评分、Lysholm评分和疗效。结果:治疗后,两组患者VAS评分、WOMAC评分均显著降低(P<0.01),膝关节Lysholm评分显著升高,(P<0.01);观察组患者VAS评分、WOMAC评分显著低于对照组患者(P<0.01),Lysholm评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后,观察组患者疗效显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:运用平乐正骨“筋滞骨错”理论指导的推拿手法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效更佳,患者疼痛感显著降低,关节炎症显著改善,可在临床推广。Objective:To study the value of massage manipulation according to the Pingle orthopaedic(平乐正骨)of the Jinzhi Gucuo theory(筋滞骨错)on osteoarthritis of knee joint.Methods:80 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group,40 cases in each group.Two groups were treated by routine massage manipulation.The observation group was given massage from the Pingle orthopaedic of the Jinzhi Gucuo theory.Results:After treatment,the VAS score and WOMAC score in two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.01).The Lysholm score was significantly increased(P<0.01).The VAS score and WOMAC score in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01),and the Lysholm score was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the effect in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The massage technique guided according to the Pingle orthopaedic of the Jinzhi Gucuo theory was effective,reduces the pain and significantly improves the inflammation of joints,and was worth popularized in clinic.
