甘草锌颗粒联合中药痤疮方治疗轻中度痤疮临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨甘草锌颗粒联合中药痤疮方治疗轻中度痤疮的效果。方法:将92例研究对象随机分成观察组(46例)与对照组(46例),对照组单用中药痤疮方治疗,观察组则应用甘草锌颗粒联合中药痤疮方治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.65%,明显高于对照组的82.61%(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗1个月皮损消退面积明显比对照组小,自觉症状消失时间及住院时间明显比对照组短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对轻中度痤疮,应用甘草锌颗粒联合中药痤疮方治疗可获得显著疗效,值得临床推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of the Gancao Xin granules(甘草锌颗粒)plus Cuochuang Fang(痤疮方)on mild and moderate acne.Methods:92 patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,46 cases in each.The control group was treated with Cuochuang Fang.The observation group was given the Gancao Xin granules.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was 95.65%,which was significantly higher than 82.61%in the control group(P<0.05).The area of lesion loss in the observation group was significantly smaller than that in the control group after 1 month.The time of disappearance of the symptoms and the length of hospital stay were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The area of lesion loss in the observation group was significantly smaller than that in the control group after 1 month of treatment.The time of the symptoms disappear and the length of hospital stay were significantly shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Gancao Xin granules plus Cuochuang Fang on mild and moderate acne is effective and worthy of clinical promotion.
