摘　　要：目的:观察泥沙样胆囊结石非手术和药物治疗的临床疗效。方法:69例胆囊结石患者均为泥沙样结石,均为2017年1月-2018年3月句容市人民医院针灸科、消化科门诊患者,随机分为耳穴组和西药组,耳穴组采用中医耳穴贴压治疗,对照组采用消炎利胆片治疗。3个月后观察患者胆囊彩超改变。结果:中医学耳穴贴压治疗泥沙样胆囊结石效果明显,χ2=6.613,P<0.01。结论:耳穴贴压治疗泥沙样胆囊结石简单易行,减少了患者的痛苦,值得推广。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of non-operative and medicine on sediment samples gallbladder.Methods:69 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.The treatment group was given TCM auricular acupoint sticking.The control group was treated with the Xiaoyan Lidan tablet.Results:The effect of TCM auricular acupoint sticking was obvious,χ2=6.613,P<0.01.Conclusion:TCM auricular acupoint sticking is simple and easy,reduces the pain and is worth popularizing.
