补骨颗粒配合健骨注射液治疗亚急性骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨补骨颗粒配合健骨注射液对亚急性骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床干预作用。方法:101例发生在2~8周内的亚急性骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者被纳入前瞻性随机对照研究中。在患者及其家属知情同意的前提下按照随机数字表将其分为4组,A组采用补骨颗粒配合健骨注射液局部夹脊穴注射,B组采用补骨颗粒配合鹿瓜多肽注射液局部夹脊穴注射,C组采用仙灵骨葆胶囊配合健骨注射液局部夹脊穴注射,D组采用仙灵骨葆胶囊配合鹿瓜多肽注射液局部夹脊穴注射。经过临床治疗3个疗程(10 d/疗程)后,观察4组视觉模拟评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)情况。结果:VAS评分治疗前与治疗后4组比较(见表1),A组治疗效果要显著优于其他组,B、C组治疗效果相当,D组治疗效果较差,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补骨颗粒配合健骨注射液提高了亚急性骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者的生活质量,减轻了腰背痛和残障程度。Objective:To investigate the clinical intervention effect of the Bugu granule(补骨颗粒)and the Jiangu injection(健骨注射液)on subacute osteoporotic thoracolumbar compression fracture.Methods:101 patients were randomly divided into four groups.Group A was treated with the Bugu granule and the Jiangu injection.Group B was given the Bugu granule and cervus and cucumis polypeptide.Group C was given the Xianling Gubao capsule(仙灵骨葆胶囊)and the Jiangu injection.Group D was given the Xianling Gubao capsule and cervus and cucumis polypeptide.Results:VAS score in group A was significantly better than other groups,that in group B and C was equal,and that in group D was poor before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Bugu granule and the Jiangu injection improve the quality of life and reduces the degree of lumbar back pain and disability.
