养营壮骨方治疗骨折临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察养营壮骨方分期治疗骨折的临床疗效。方法:采用传统工艺制备养营壮骨方,不同剂型分期治疗骨折,并与观察组对比两种方法治疗骨折的临床疗效。结果:养营壮骨方在止痛、消肿、促进骨折愈合等方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:养营壮骨方能够明显改善骨折部位软组织水肿,并且能够明显促进骨折断端的愈合,具有良好的活血化瘀,消肿止痛,接骨续筋的功效。Objective:To study the clinical effect of the Yangying Zhuanggu prescription(养营壮骨方)on fracture.Methods:The Yangying Zhuanggu prescription was prepared by traditional process and treated with different dosage forms in stages.Results:The Yangying Zhuanggu prescription was more effective than the control group in relieving pain,swelling and promoting fracture healing(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Yangying Zhuanggu prescription can obviously improve the soft tissue edema of fracture site and promote the healing of fracture,was effective on blood circulation and blood stasis,swelling and pain,reunion of fractures bond.
