摘　　要：儿童呼吸道过敏性疾病发病率逐年上涨,该类患儿往往存在特异过敏体质,如何改善过敏性疾病患者的“特异质”,阻断过敏性疾病的发展,从而从根本治愈过敏性疾病,是目前过敏性疾病的主要研究方向。中医认为个人体质既有先天禀赋因素,也受后天影响,体质是可调的,相关现代研究也逐年增多;现代医学,近年来旨在改善“特异质”,诱导“免疫耐受”的免疫疗法也受到多个国家医疗研究的重视。The incidence of respiratory allergic diseases in children is increasing year by year.These children often suffer from specific allergies.How to improve the“specificity”of patients with allergic diseases,and block the development of allergic diseases,thus fundamentally curing allergies was the main research direction.TCM believes that personal physique is formed from both congenital endowment factors and acquired influences.Because physical fitness is adjustable,related modern researches is increasing year by year.In recent years,modern medicine aims to improve immune quality and induce immune tolerance,which has also received attention from medical research in several countries.
