低洼盐碱地渔农综合利用模式简析

摘　　要：盐碱地渔业综合开发利用工作一直受到各级政府部门的重视,是现代农业生产的一项重要工作,也是新时期生态文明建设的发展要求。通过阐述低洼盐碱地渔农综合利用模式发展背景、发展潜力和作用,介绍了轮作、共作和间作3种子模式以及多个经典模式,并通过分析其在发展过程中可能存在的不足和问题,针对性地提出了加强组织领导和宣传、注重科学规划、完善支持政策体系、注重生态优先和注重产业融合等相关对策和建议,以期为低洼盐碱地渔农综合利用模式的推广工作提供参考。The comprehensive development and utilization of fisheries in saline-alkaline land has attracted high attention from government departments.And this work is an important part of modern agriculture and a basic requirement for ecological civilization in the new era.The background,function and development potential of the integrated model for fisheries and agriculture in low-lying saline-alkaline land were described in details.Three sub-models from the integrated model,including rotation,co-cultivation and intercropping,as well as several other classical models were also introduced.The possible problems in the development process were analyzed,and countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to develop and popularize the integrated model for fisheries and agriculture in low-lying saline-alkaline land,such as strengthening management,paying attention to scientific planning,improving supporting policies,attaching importance to ecological civilization and industrial integration and so on.
