摘  要:中国石化上海石油化工股份有限公司蒸汽供热系统具有距离长、管道走向复杂、支管多、巡检困难等特点。根据对蒸汽管道在泄漏情况下的音频特点分析,尝试采用音频控制系统,24 h无间断对极端复杂管道系统泄漏进行无人监控,采集数据建立音频样本特征库,通过数据对比、干扰对消等技术手段进行消声信息化分析处理,区分和识别有效音频数据,找到泄漏位置,以低成本自动实时监控整个供热系统泄漏情况,从而在第一时间发现和排除安全隐患。同时通过音频数据采集延伸效应,对其他压力管道、容器、大型设备的泄漏和运行进行有效监控,为设备安全研究提供借鉴。The steam heating system of SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.has the characteristics of long distance,complicated pipeline direction,many branches,and difficult inspection.Based on analysis of the audio characteristics of the steam pipeline in the case of leakage,the audio control system is put into pilot application for 24-hour uninterrupted monitoring of extremely complex pipeline system leakage,collecting data to establish an audio sample feature database,carrying out the silencing information analysis and processing through the technical means of data comparison and interference cancellation,distinguishing and identifying the valid audio data to find the leaking position,and automatically monitoring the leakage of the entire heating system in real time at low cost,so as to discover and eliminate the safety hazards at the first time.At the same time,through the extension effect of audio data collection,the leakage and operation of other pressure pipes,containers and large equipment are effectively monitored,which provides reference for equipment safety research.
