摘  要:对国内外32份青花菜和12份芥蓝种质资源的萝卜硫素含量进行比较研究,结果表明:青花菜种质资源SV1808BL、FQ2、XL3花球中的萝卜硫素含量分别高达812.68、777.12、720.32μg·g-1 DW,是推广品种优秀的3.22、3.08、2.85倍,芥蓝种质资源Cuifen、Cutiao、Minixiao茎叶中的萝卜硫素含量分别高达620.27、596.26、592.84μg·g-1 DW,是推广品种香港中花的2.85、2.74、2.72倍。The contents of sulforaphane in the germplasm resources of 32 broccolis and 12 Chinese kales at home and abroad were compared.The results showed that the contents of sulforaphane in the curds of SV1808BL,FQ2 and XL3,the germplasm resources of broccoli,respectively reached up to 812.68,777.12 and 720.32μg·g-1 DW,which was 3.22,3.08 and 2.85 times higher than that in the promoted varieties.The contents of sulforaphane in the stems and leaves of Cuifen,Cutiao and Minixiao,the germplasm resources of Chinese kale,respectively reached up to 620.27,596.26 and 592.84μg·g-1 DW,which was 2.85,2.74 and 2.72 times higher than that in the promoted varieties Xianggangzhonghua.
