摘  要:为解决某型海关缉私艇后机舱通风系统给柴油机曲轴箱带来的压差高报警问题,本文借助ANSYS CFX软件建立后机舱通风系统及改装方案的仿真模型,并进行仿真计算。经实际验证仿真模型贴近工程实际,仿真结果与实测结果基本一致、轴箱压力高报警现象消失,改装方案可行有效。In order to solve the problem of high pressure differential alarm of crankcase of diesel engine by the ventilation system of stern engine room of a certain type of customs cruiser,this paper establishes the simulation model of engine room ventilation system and its modification scheme with the ANSYS CFX software,and carries out the simulation calculation.It is found that the simulation model is basically close to the engineering practice,and the modification scheme can effectively solve the problem of the high pressure difference of crankshaft.The simulation results are compared with the measured results of the modification scheme of the customs cruiser subsequently built.The simulation results are basically consistent with the measured results,the high pressure alarm phenomenon of crankcase disappears,and the modification scheme is feasible and effective.
