摘 要:电梯层门门锁MCU系统是电梯上安装的重要安全核心部件,可对电梯的运行状态实时监控故障信息,目前,MCU系统无法适应在智能高速电梯应用中出现的变化情况。文中通过实际案例,对基于MCU系统在智能高速电梯故障发生的原因进行分析,总结出对故障的安全监控优化措施,为进一步研究智能高速电梯门机系统性能和系统智能化技术提供参考。The MCU system of elevator landing door lock is an important key safety component on the elevator,which can monitor the fault information of the elevator in real time.Currently,the MCU system cannot adapt to changes in the application of intelligent and high-speed elevators.In this paper,through practical cases,the causes of faults in intelligent high-speed elevators based on MCU system are analyzed,and the safety monitoring and optimization measures for faults are summarized,which can serve as a reference for further research on the performance of intelligent and high-speed elevator door machine system and system intelligence technology.
