摘 要:液压同步回路是液压系统中重要的回路,一般同步精度要求越高,液压系统就越复杂,对环境的要求以及制造成本也就越高。对于不同的液压系统,并不是同步精度越高越好,而是应针对不同的使用工况,结合使用需求和成本选用不同的液压同步回路。文中介绍了机械限制强制同步、节流调速同步等几种不同的液压同步系统,对同步精度、系统复杂性、负载等进行对比分析,介绍了各液压同步系统的优缺点及适用场合,并结合实际经验列举了不同液压同步回路在起重机械中的应用。Hydraulic synchronization circuit is an important circuit in hydraulic system.Generally,the higher synchronization accuracy is,the more complex the hydraulic system and the higher the requirement on environment and manufacturing cost.For different hydraulic systems,the higher the synchronization accuracy does not mean the better,and different hydraulic synchronization circuits should be selected according to different working conditions,combined with the use requirements and costs.In the paper,several different hydraulic synchronization systems are introduced such as mechanical restriction forced synchronization and throttle speed regulation synchronization,comparison and analyses of the synchronization accuracy,system complexity,load and others are carried out,the advantages,disadvantages and applicable occasions of each hydraulic synchronization system are given and the applications of different hydraulic synchronization circuits in hoisting machinery are listed based on practical experience.
