摘　　要：构建以法律法规为引领、以强制性规范为目标、以推荐性标准为支撑的中国特色燃气技术法规体系,是我国燃气工程建设标准改革的实施路径。阐述工程建设强制性标准的发展历程,分析燃气工程建设强制性标准存在的问题,结合燃气工程建设强制性规范的相关内容,分析全文强制性规范的定位与作用、适用范围、内容结构以及与现行标准的相互关系。The construction of a gas technical regulation system with Chinese characteristics,which is guided by laws and regulations,targeted by mandatory specification and supported by recommended standards,is the implementation path of China's gas engineering construction standards reform.The development process of mandatory standards for engineering construction is explained,and the problems existing in the mandatory standards for gas engineering construction are analyzed.Combined with the relevant contents of mandatory regulations for gas engineering construction,the positioning and function,the scope of application and the content structure of the full text mandatory specification and the relationship with the current standards are analyzed.
