摘 要:为了探究在高低温冷热循环作用下东北季节性冻土区水利工程衬塑钢管的耐久性,文章依据现有规范设计了高低温循环试验的温度区间为-20-50℃,然后对经历了不同高低温冷热循环次数后的衬塑钢管的结合强度、压扁强度分别采用自主设计的结合强度试验装置与PWS-E200电液伺服动静万能试验机检测,通过对比分析循环次数与压扁强度、结合强度的变化关系,探讨了衬塑钢管在水利工程中的适用性。研究表明:随着高低温冷热循环次数的增加衬塑钢管的压扁强度、结合强度均呈现出不断降低的变化规律,且结合强度的降低幅度更加显著;为进一步提高衬塑钢管的耐久性与适用性,分别从埋置深度、使用环境两个方面提出了有针对性的决策建议,可为东北地区水利工程实践提供一定的参考依据。In order to explore the durability of plastic-lined steel pipes for water conservancy projects in seasonal frozen soil area of Northeast China under the action of high and low temperature cold and heat cycles,the temperature range of high and low temperature cycling test is between-20℃and 50℃according to the existing specifications,and then the bonding strength and flattening strength of plastic-lined steel pipes after different cycles of high and low temperature cold and heat cycles are tested by self-designed bonding strength test rigs.By comparing and analyzing the relationship between cycle times and flattening strength and bonding strength,the applicability of plastic lined steel pipe in hydraulic engineering is discussed.The results show that the flattening strength and bonding strength of plastic-lined steel pipe decrease with the increase of the number of cold and hot cycles at high and low temperatures,and the reduction extent of bonding strength is more significant.In order to further improve the durability and applicability of plastic-lined steel pipe,specific decision-making suggestions are put forward from the aspects of burial depth and service environment,and a certain reference can be provided for the practical water conservancy projects in Northeast China.
