基于COPRAS方法的威海市海洋经济影响因素分析

摘　　要：为了对海洋经济发展的影响因素进行分析,文章选取威海市海洋区域作为研究对象,构建了包含14个指标的海洋经济影响因素分析指标体系。然后,通过灰色关联方法确定指标权重;最后,结合COPRAS方法,对2012-2017年威海市各年份的海洋经济影响因素进行分析。研究结果表明:威海市海洋经济水平总体呈增长趋势,其中海洋经济产业,海洋经济资源,海洋经济地域三个方面都呈现增长趋势,对海洋经济增长产生正面影响;而海洋环境因素呈下降趋势,对海洋经济发展发挥负作用。因此,针对海洋经济发展的4个方面的影响因素情况,威海市应该注重海洋环境保护,实现协调发展。In order to analyze the influencing factors of marine economic development,this paper chooses Weihai marine area as the research object and constructs an index system of marine economic influencing factors with 14 indicators.Then,the index weight is determined by grey correlation method.Finally,combined with COPRAS method,the influencing factors of Weihai's marine economy in 2012-2017 are analyzed.The results show that the overall level of marine economy in Weihai City shows an increasing trend,including marine economic industry,marine economic resources and marine economic region,which have a positive impact on marine economic growth,while marine environmental factors show a downward trend and play a negative role in marine economic development.Therefore,in view of the four influencing factors of marine economic development,Weihai City should pay attention to marine environmental protection and achieve coordinated development.
