摘  要:传统的基础地理数据更新手段更新周期长,无法保证数据的现势性,直接影响其使用价值和范围。及时更新的前提是变化信息的快速发现。本项目以快速发现江苏省各类重要基础地理信息变化为目标,采用爬虫、API接口等技术定期对政府网站、新闻媒体网站以及互联网地图等互联网资源进行信息分类采集,并结合现有的省级基础测绘、地理国情监测、江苏天地图POI相关数据,利用地理语义分析、地名地址匹配、影像变化检测等相关数据分析挖掘技术对采集的数据进行抽取、去重,快速提取变化信息,统一入库与定向分发,可为全省重要基础地理信息快速更新提供有力支撑。Under the traditional update mode of provincial fundamental geographic information,thedata’s reality cannot be ensured which directly affects its use value and scope of application.The premise of timely updating is rapid discovery of change information.In this paper,aimed at quick discovery of important fundamental geographic change information in Jiangsu province,Web Crawler technology,API interface technology and other technologies are used to collect and classify Internet resources data which from government websites,news media websites and Internet map websites.Then Provincial basic surveying and mapping data,Geography National Condition Monitoring data and POI data of Map World Jiangsu is referenced,we used Data analysis and mining technology which included geographic information,semantic analysis,ddisasters address matching,image change detection to process collected data,the change information was extracted after data cleaning.Finally,we unified manage and distribute all changing information.The scheme plays an important role in promoting the improvement of the provincial fundamental geographic information mechanism.
