摘　　要：从测量标志点成果管理现状分析,提出了基于Web Service技术的测量标志点巡检管理系统建设方案。同时从系统建设目标、体系结构设计、功能设计以及安全策略方面详述了如何利用ArcGIS、Android等平台的强大功能,对测量标志点进行科学有效的管理。This paper analyzes the management status of measurement markers results and points out the construction of measurement markers inspection management system based on Web Service technology.At the same time,it elaborates on how to use the powerful functions of ArcGIS,Android and other platforms to scientifically and effectively manage the measurement markers from the aspects of system construction goals,architecture design,function design,and security strategy.
