摘　　要：利用数据管理分析、移动位置服务、物业专题地图和街景三维可视化等技术,结合天津市物业管理的实际需求,建设了天津市智慧物业地理信息平台,实现了地理信息数据与物业专题数据的深度融合和使用,具有较高的推广应用价值。By using some techniques,such as data management and analysis,mobile location services,the property of thematic maps,street view,3D visualization and so on,combined with the actual needs of property management of Tianjin City,we constructed Tianjin intelligent property geography information platform,which implemented the depth integration and employ between geographic information data and property thematic data.It has good application value.
