预见性护理对子宫全切患者术后膀胱功能恢复的作用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨子宫全切患者护理中应用预见性护理,对其术后膀胱功能恢复的效果评价。方法选择从2017年10月至2018年10月收治的80例子宫全切患者纳入此次研究工作,按照抽签法将其划分成两组,命名为实验组与对照组,各有50例。对照组接受常规护理,实验组接受预见性护理。比较两组患者术后尿潴留发生情况、平均膀胱残余尿量、护理前后负面情绪。结果实验组术后尿潴留发生率2.50%低于对照组22.50%,两组对比差异明显(P<0.05);两组患者平均膀胱残余尿量比较存在明显差距P<0.05;护理前两组负面情绪评分比较无统计意义(P>0.05),实验组护理后焦虑评分与抑郁评分均低于对照组,两组数据对比统计学意义存在(P<0.05)。结论针对子宫全切患者开展预见性护理干预,可全面改善患者临床症状,改善其术后膀胱功能。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of prophetic nursing in the nursing of patients with total hysterectomy.Methods 80 cases of total hysterectomy admitted from October 2017 to October 2018 were included in the study.They were divided into two groups according to the drawing method.They were named experimental group and control group,each with 50 cases.The control group received routine nursing and the experimental group received predictive nursing.The occurrence of urinary retention,average bladder residual urine volume and negative mood before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative urinary retention in the experimental group was 2.50%lower than that in the control group(22.50%).The difference between the two groups was significantly(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the average bladder residual urine volume between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The anxiety score and depression score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group.The statistical significance of the two groups was(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention can improve the clinical symptoms and bladder function after hysterectomy.
