雷公藤多苷联合糖皮质激素治疗难治性肾病综合征的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨雷公藤多苷联合糖皮质激素治疗难治性肾病综合征疗效。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月在大连市友谊医院肾内科就诊的80例难治性肾病综合征患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组40例采取常规的低盐低蛋白饮食、利尿、降压、抗凝、保肾治疗,试验组40例,在此基础上使用雷公藤多苷治疗,比较两组患者的有效性和安全性。结果试验组临床有效率高于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷公藤多苷联合糖皮质激素可以有效的缓解难治性肾病综合征的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量,值得在临床推广。Objective To explore the curative effect of tripterygium glycoside combined with glucocorticoid in treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome.Methods From January 2017 to January 2018 in the urology department of dalian friendship hospital,80 cases of patients with refractory nephrotic syndrome,were randomly divided into control group and experimental group and control group 40 cases take regular the low-salt,low-protein diet,diuresis,pressure,anticoagulation,protecting kidney treatment,treatment group 40 cases,on the basis of using tripterygium wilfordii glycosides treatment,compared two groups of efficacy and safety of patients.Results The clinical efficiency of the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tripterygium glucocorticoid can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of refractory nephrotic syndrome and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
