摘 要:目的探讨雾化吸入剂与孟鲁司特咀嚼片联用对小儿上呼吸道感染后咳嗽的疗效。方法我院2016年11月至2018年8月收治的上呼吸道感染后咳嗽患儿86例作为研究对象,根据随机数字排列法将其分为研究组(n=43)与对照组(n=43)。对照组单纯给予孟鲁司特咀嚼片治疗。研究组在对照组基础上再给予雾化吸入剂治疗,对比两组患儿治疗前后3、6、9 d咳嗽症状评分、咳嗽缓解、药物治疗时间,临床有效率及不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组患儿咳嗽评分对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患儿3、6、9 d咳嗽评分均显著低于对照组,组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),这说明研究组患儿咳嗽恢复情况优于对照组。研究组患儿咳嗽缓解、药物治疗时间均显著短于对照组,组间差异相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患儿临床有效率(95.35%)显著高于对照组(79.07%),组间差异相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率相比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对小儿上呼吸道感染后咳嗽给予雾化吸入剂联合孟鲁司特咀嚼片治疗能有效缓解患儿临床症状,提高临床有效率,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To investigate the efficacy of nebulized inhalant combined with montelukast chewable tablets in treating cough after upper respiratory tract infection in children.Methods 86 children with cough after upper respiratory tract infection admitted to our hospital from November 2016 to August 2018 were divided into study group(n=43)and control group(n=43)according to random number arrangement.The control group was treated with montelukast chewable tablets only.The study group was treated with aerosol inhalation on the basis of the control group.The cough symptom scores,cough relief,drug treatment time,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared before and after treatment for 3,6 and 9 days.Result Before treatment,there was significant difference in the cough score between the two groups(P<0.05);after treatment,the cough score of the children in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group on the 3rd,6th and 9th days,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),which indicated that the cough recovery of the children in the study group was better than that of the control group.The time of cough relief and drug treatment in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate of the study group(95.35%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.07%).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Aerosol inhalation combined with montelukast chewable tablets can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of children with cough after upper respiratory tract infection,improve the clinical efficiency and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
