人性化护理在血管外科护理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的研究人性化护理在血管外科护理中的应用。方法抽取我院血管外科于2017年7月至2018年1月收治的92例患者为研究对象。随机分为对照组(46例)、观察组(46例)2个组别。分别给予两组常规护理、人性化护理,观察患者的心理状态变化、护理满意度、并发症发生率。结果护理后,观察组患者的焦虑程度、抑郁程度均优于对照组,观察组护理满意度高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理用于血管外科护理,可改善患者的心理状态,提高其护理满意度,预防并发症的发生。Objective To study humanized nursing application in vascular surgery nursing.Methods To select 92 cases of patients from July 2017 to January 2018 and divide them into control group and observation group averagely.Control group were given routine nursing,observation group were given humanized nursing,their changes of psychological state,nursing satisfaction and incidence of complications were compared.Results After nursing,the degree of anxiety and depression of the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing for vascular surgery nursing can improve the psychological state of patients,improve their nursing satisfaction and prevent the occurrence of complications.
