摘  要:创业意愿作为创业的一种动机和先决条件,是开展创业实践的重要影响因素,也是创业理论研究的热点.本研究以专业学位研究生为例,研究创业教育平台及施教主体协同对创业意愿的影响.通过223个样本数据分析,结果表明:企业导师正向影响专业学位研究生创业意愿,学术导师、企业导师、创业教育平台的协同效应正向影响专业学位研究生的创业意愿.基于实证研究结果展开分析讨论,并有针对性的提出提升专业学位研究生创业教育水平的对策建议.As the motivation and the precondition for entrepreneurship, the entrepreneurial intention significantly affects on the entrepreneurship practice and it becomes a popular topic in the research field of the entrepreneurship theory. In this study, the professional degree postgraduate is taken as an example to study the influence of the cooperation between the entrepreneurship education platform and the supervisors’ guidance on their entrepreneurial intention. The results drawn from the analysis of 223 sample data indicate that the enterprise supervisors have a positive influence on their entrepreneurship intention. In addition, the positive cooperation effect exists among the enterprise supervisors, the academic supervisors and the education platform. Based on the results of the empirical analysis, the reasons are discussed and analyzed in detail and some corresponding suggestions are put forward for improving the level of the professional degree postgraduates’ entrepreneurship education.
