摘　　要：DZG型号的锅炉在工业范围内使用相当广泛。在多年检验过程中发现,锅炉管板处于高温区,主要损伤形式为裂纹,对锅炉的安全运行将会起到极大的影响。如何做好此类锅炉的运行管理和检验工作是重点。论文结合实际的检验经验,全方位地论述管板裂纹产生的原因及防止措施。The DZG boilers are widely used in the industrial area.In the course of many years of inspection,it is found that the boiler tube plate is in the high temperature area,and the main damage form is crack,which will have a great impact on the safe operation of the boiler.How to do well the operation management and inspection of this kind of boiler is the key.Based on the practical inspection experience,this paper discusses the causes and preventive measures of tube plate crack.
