综采液压支架操纵阀手柄闭锁在“四难”煤层中的使用

摘　　要：ZPY4800/14/28QS液压支架的操纵阀手柄在大倾角、大仰采、“三软”煤层、分层(铺网)开采使用中,由于工作面现存和潜在的漏顶、滚矸等诸多问题,容易造成操纵阀手柄误动作,并由此带来事故隐患。现就液压支架的操纵阀手柄结构增设手柄机械闭锁,解决上述操纵阀手柄误动作问题,避免潜在的安全隐患。The control valve handle of zpy4800/14/28qs hydraulic support is easy to cause misoperation in coal seam mining because of the potential roof leakage,rolling gangue and other problems in the working face.In order to solve the problem of misoperation of the control valve handle mentioned above and avoid potential safety hazards,mechanical lock is added to the control valve handle of the hydraulic support.
