摘　　要：通过产品设计、装配过程和螺纹制造等环节对扩散段组合件咬死问题进行了深入分析,查清了问题的原因。并提出了优化工装结构,完善螺纹加工、装配和检验工艺,扩散段螺纹副增加润滑等防止扩散段组合件咬死的解决措施。Through product design,assembly process and thread manufacturing and other links,the diffusion segment component bite death problem is analyzed in depth,to find out the cause of the problem.And put forward to optimize the construction structure,improve the thread processing,assembly and inspection process,diffusion segment thread sub-increase lubrication and other measures to prevent the diffusion section com-ponentbite.
