摘　　要：船舶运输作为当今世界最重要的世贸运输方式,在日常生活和设备运转过程中都少不了淡水的供给,由于各种原因,船舶无法携带大量淡水量,因此远洋船舶需配备海水淡化装置。该文以原有的蒸馏法制淡装置为基础,设计了一种新型的船舶主柴油机排烟余热海水淡化装置,此装置以船舶主柴油机排烟余热为热源,对海水进行加热,完成制淡,不再额外消耗能源,大大减少了环境污染问题。Shipping is the most important mode of transport in the world today,in daily life and equipment operation,fresh water supply is indispensable.Due to various reasons,ships cannot carry a large amount of fresh water,so ocean-going ships need to be equipped with seawater desalination devices.In this paper,a new type of seawater desalination device is designed based on the original distilling desalination system.This device takes the smoke and waste heat of the ship's main diesel engine as the heat source to heat the sea water and complete the desalination process.
