摘 要:3D打印是一种新兴的器材制造方式,其制造周期长,价格昂贵的不足,影响该技术在产品批生产的大规模应用。该文针对3D打印特性,对零件结构设计进行适应性改进,将多个结构相对简单的零件整合成一个复杂的零件,利用3D打印适合成型复杂结构、材料利用率高的优势,通过零件的集成设计有效降低3D打印结构件成本。3D printing is an emerging equipment manufacturing method.Its long manufacturing cycle and expensive shortage affect the large-scale application of this technology in product batch production.In this paper,according to the 3D printing characteristics,the structure design of the parts is adapted and improved,and multiple parts with relatively simple structures are integrated into a complex part,making use of 3D printing to suit the advantages of forming complex structures and high material utilization.The cost of 3D printing structure parts can be reduced effectively through the integrated design of parts.
