临沂地区HIV感染者/AIDS患者及其家属生活质量和社会支持的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨改善HIV/AIDS及家属生活质量的方法。方法采用一般情况问卷、GQOLI-74、SSS量表对103例HIV/AIDS及其家属进行调查,另选99名同社区居民作为对照组。分析HIV/AIDS及其家属社会支持状况,探讨其生活质量及其影响因素。结果HIV/AIDS的SSS总分及各维度评分均低于家属(t=2.37~9.71,P<0.05),不同文化程度、婚姻状况、职业和CD 4+T淋巴细胞HIV/AIDS的SSS评分有差异(t=11.02~17.23,P<0.01)。三组GQOLI-74总分及各维度评分比较均有差异(F=21.00~49.05,P<0.01)。HIV/AIDS及家属的GQOLI-74总分与其年龄、疾病状况、社会支持存在相关关系。结论本地区HIV/AIDS及家属的生活质量和社会支持水平较低,急需采取措施加以提高。Objective To explore ways to improve the quality of life of HIV/AIDS patients and their families.Methods A total of 103 HIV/AIDS patients and their families were surveyed using the General Questionnaire,GQOLI-74,and SSS scales.Another 99 community residents were selected as the control group.The social support status of HIV/AIDS patients and their family members was analyzed,and their quality of life and its influencing factors was explored.Results The scores of SSS and scores of HIV/AIDS patients were lower than those of family members(t=2.37~9.71,P<0.05).There were differences in SSS scores of different cultures,marital status,occupation and CD 4+T lymphocytes HIV/AIDS.(t=11.02 to 17.23,P<0.01).There were differences in the scores of the three groups of GQOLI-74 and the scores of each dimension(F=21.00~49.05,P<0.01).The GQOLI-74 total score of HIV/AIDS and family members is related to their age,disease status,and social support.Conclusion The quality of life and social support of HIV/AIDS and their families in the region are low,and actions are urgently needed to improve them.
