产后抑郁症与成人依恋及功能失调性态度之间的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨PD的影响因素。方法选取86名PD患者为研究组,另选健康初产妇60人为对照组。采用HAMD、ECR、DAS量表及问卷对两组进行测定并进行分析。结果研究组ECR及DAS各因子得分均高于对照组(t=3.46~15.58,P<0.01)。研究组焦虑/躯体化、迟滞、睡眠障碍、绝望感与ECR及DAS各因子呈显著正相关(r=0.38~0.81,P<0.05)。依恋焦虑、依恋回避、脆弱性、完美化、寻求赞许、自主性态度对HAMD总分有显著预测作用(P<0.05)。结论PD与成人依恋、功能失调性态度有密切的关系。Objective To investigate the influencing factors of postpartum depression(PD).Methods 86 patients with PD were selected as the study group,and 60 healthy primiparas were selected as the control group.The two groups were measured and analyzed using HAMD,ECR,DAS scales and questionnaires.Results The scores of ECR and DAS in the study group were higher than those in the control group(t=3.46-15.58,P<0.01).The anxiety/somatization,hysteresis,sleep disturbance,and despair of the study group were significantly positively correlated with ECR and DAS factors(r=0.38-0.81,P<0.05).Attachment anxiety,attachment avoidance,vulnerability,perfection,seeking approval,and autonomy attitude had significant predictive effects on HAMD total scores(P<0.05).Conclusion PD is closely related to adult attachment and dysfunctional attitudes.
