摘 要:在煤矿生产设备中,非金属制品具有金属材料制品不可比拟的优越性能,但其使用的高分子材料具有可燃性、易积聚静电荷的特性,给矿山安全生产带来隐患。因此,对非金属制品阻燃和抗静电性能的检测检验尤为重要。在论述了金属管材阻燃、抗静电原理的基础上,详细介绍了阻燃和抗静电检验的项目和方法,最后以安徽某企业的生产的PE-KM1.0/110(MPE100)聚乙烯管材为例,依据相应的国家标准,采用酒精喷灯燃烧法和高阻计测量表面电阻法对管材的阻燃、抗静电性能进行检测,检测结果显示有焰燃烧6根试样的算术平均值1.8 s,1条试样单值最大值5 s;无焰燃烧6根试样的算术平均值6 s,1条试样单值最大值7 s;外表面电阻5.43×10 ^5Ω,内表面电阻4.84×10^ 5Ω,阻燃、抗静电性能均能符合标准要求,验证了该方法的可行性。In coal mine production equipment,non-metal products have incomparable superior performance of metal materials,but the polymer materials used in them are flammable and easy to accumulate static charges,which can also bring hidden dangers to mine safety production.Therefore,it is particularly important to test the flame retardant and antistatic properties of non-metallic products.Based on the analysis of the flame retardant and antistatic principle of metal pipes,the items and methods of flame retardant and antistatic test were introduced in detail.Taking PE-KM1.0/110(MPE100)polyethylene pipe as an example,according to the corresponding national standards,the flame retardant and antistatic properties of pipe were tested by alcohol burning method and high resistance meter method.The test results show that the arithmetic average value of six samples with flaming combustion time is 1.8 s,the maximum value of one sample is 5 s,the arithmetic average value of six samples with flameless combustion is 6 s,the maximum value of one sample is 7 s,the external surface resistance is 5.43×10^ 5Ω,and the internal surface resistance is 4.84×10 ^5Ω,and the flame retardant and antistatic properties can meet the requirements of the standard.
