摘　　要：选煤厂设备种类多,数量庞大,设备全部运行时会产生大量噪声,是煤炭企业的主要噪声源场所之一,对选煤厂噪声进行综合性治理较为迫切。以补连塔选煤厂为例,首先对补连塔选煤厂噪声源进行统计和分类,分析了大型选煤厂主要噪声源产生原因;针对这些噪声源从“人”“机”“环”“管”4个方面提出综合性的预防措施和治理方案。通过实施这些措施后可以有效地降低选煤厂及周边的噪音,改善劳动环境,降低员工职业病发生率。There are many kinds and quantities of equipment in coal preparation plant,which will produce a lot of noise when the equipment is running.Therefore,it is urgent to comprehensively control the noise in coal preparation plant.Taking Bulianta Coal Preparation Plant as an example,based on the statistics and classification of noise sources in coal preparation plant,the causes of major noise sources in large coal preparation plants were analyzed,and comprehensive preventive measures and control schemes were put forward from four aspects of“human”,“machine”,“environment”and“management”.By adopting these measures,the noise in the coal preparation plant and surrounding areas was effectively reduced,the working environment was improved,and the occupational disease incidence rate of employees was reduced.
