乡村振兴战略下恩施州农地资源优化利用研究

摘　　要：随着乡村振兴战略的提出,全国各地分别做出了相应的规划,而农地资源的优化利用是乡村振兴战略中重要的一环。通过分析恩施州农地利用状况,发现恩施州在农地资源利用中存在着产业面临困境、土地利用效率低、人才短缺、生态环境脆弱、土地制度不健全等问题。以乡村振兴战略为指导展开深入研究,提出恩施州农地资源优化利用的政策建议。With the central government's proposal on the strategy of rural revitalization,corresponding strategic plans have been made in different regions of the country,and the optimal utilization of agricultural land resources is an important part of the strategy of rural revitalization.By studying and analyzing the situation of agricultural land use in Enshi Prefecture,this paper finds that there are many challenges in the utilization of agricultural land resources in Enshi Prefecture,such as industrial dilemma,low efficiency of land use,shortage of talents,backward thinking of farmers,fragile ecological environment,and imperfect land system.Around the above problems,this paper takes the strategy of Rural Revitalization as the guidance.To conduct in-depth research and put forward policy recommendations for optimizing the utilization of agricultural land resources in Enshi Prefecture.
