摘 要:自媒体时代教育自媒体迅速发展,“网红教师”异军突起,他们作为“双创型”教师代表受到众多学生和家长的热捧,产生了广泛影响。为探讨自媒体背景下教师如何进行创新、创业,并提升影响力,结合影响力理论对名师微博文本内容进行分析,归纳其共有特征,研究发现:高影响力的“双创型”教师往往有深厚的知识积淀、有独特的教学风格、有美好的教育情怀,并灵活使用市场策略。With the rapid development of Education and media in the age of media,the"Internet celebrity teachers"have emerged.As the representatives of"double-creative"teachers,they are warmly welcomed by many students and parents,and have had a wide influence.In order to probe into how teachers innovate,start a business and enhance their influence under the background of self-media,combining the theory of influence,this paper analyzes the content of famous teachers'micro-blog texts,and sums up their common characteristics.It is found that high-impact"double-innovation"teachers often have profound knowledge accumulation,unique teaching style,good educational feelings,and flexible use of the market strategy.
