摘　　要：从国家三部委联合印发本科高校向应用型转变指导意见以来,全国地方普通高校陆续向应用型高校转变,转型过程中涌现了很多好的经验。如何使应用型高校建设经验固化,从制度层面分析得出:应通过完善决策基础、建立四大制度体系,来进一步推动应用型高校建设,并指出其中需要注意的问题。Since the three ministries and commissions jointly issued the guidance for the transformation of undergraduate colleges to applied applications,local colleges and universities across the country have gradually transformed into applied universities.Many good practices and experiences have emerged in the process of transformation,how to make the application of colleges and universities construction experience solidified.To better promote the construction of applied universities.This paper analyzes from the institutional level how to improve the application-oriented construction of colleges and universities by improving the decision-making system and establishing the four major institutional systems,and gives the problems that need attention.
