摘 要:从电炉喷粉冶金原理、喷粉冶金装备、喷粉造泡沫渣等角度,对电炉喷粉冶金系统进行了研究,并结合多年电炉工艺及装备实践经验,对电炉喷粉系统进行改造优化。生产实践表明,新系统可大幅提高电炉功率因数,可使100t Consteel电炉碳粉耗量由28 kg/t降至22 kg/t,电耗降至350 kW·h/t,缩短冶炼周期至42 min。总而言之,喷粉冶金在电炉上的应用可节约能源,提高生产效率,确保钢水质量。This paper made researches on EAF powder injection metallurgy system from the perspective of EAF powder injection metallurgy principle,powder injection metallurgy equipment,foamy slag,etc. Combining with electric furnace practice experience,the EAF powder injection metallurgy system was reformed and optimized.Practice showed that new system could greatly improve the power factor,reduce the carbon powder consumption from 28 kg/t to 22 kg/t,reduce power consumption of 100 t Consteel EAF to 350 kW·h/t,shorten the production cycle to 42 minutes. All in all,the application of powder metallurgy to EAF can save energy,improve production efficiency and ensure the quality of molten steel.
