摘  要:根据汽车镁合金轮毂铸件的结构特点,首先研究了镁合金的工艺特性,然后选取真空高压铸造技术对汽车轮毂进行相应的生产,结合有关的计算机模拟软件,对镁合金轮毂进行工艺设计。以AZ91D镁合金为例,对该铸造工艺进行详细的分析与探讨,希望对有效提高汽车的相关性能作出一定的贡献。According to the structural characteristics of magnesium alloy wheel hub casting in automobiles,the process characteristics of magnesium alloy were first studied. Then the vacuum high-pressure casting technology was selected to produce the automobile magnesium alloy wheel hub. Combined with the relevant computer simulation software,the process design of magnesium alloy hub was carried out.Taking AZ91 D magnesium alloy as an example,the casting process was analyzed and discussed in detail in this paper,with the hope of contributing to the improvement of the relevant performance of automobile.
