摘　　要：针对某公司90t电弧炉生产过程中大量烟气余热浪费的问题,采用了汽化冷却技术进行余热利用系统的改造。系统配设的活动滑套、角管余热锅炉、烟气蓄热装置等关键部件有效利用了烟气的余热并做到了长期安全稳定运行,实现了节能减排的目的。Aiming at the problem of a large amount of waste heat waste in the production process of 90 t EAF, the reformation of waste heat utilization system was carried out by using vaporization cooling technology. The key components such as the movable sliding sleeve, the angle tube waste heat boiler and the flue gas heat storage device are effectively utilized by the waste heat of the flue gas and have achieved long-term safe and stable operation, achieving the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.
