摘 要:为了揭示综采工作面配风量对其风阻的影响规律,以河南新郑煤电有限责任公司11208综采工作面为研究对象,现场实测不同配风量下工作面风阻,利用CFD方法构建11208工作面风流场计算模型,通过模拟分析工作面内气压场与风速场结构特征论证了工作面通风阻力属于局部阻力,并模拟计算不同配风量下工作面风阻值,拟合得到二次抛物线型的工作面风量-风阻特性曲线,风量-风阻拟合函数计算结果与实测结果之间相对误差小于6%,研究所得的工作面风量-风阻特性曲线可用于矿井通风网络解算。In order to reveal the law of influence of air volume on wind resistance in fully mechanized mining face,taking the 11208 fully mechanized mining face of Xinzheng Coal Mine as the research object,the wind resistance of mining face under different air volume conditions was measured on site,and the wind flow field calculation model of roadway and gob of 11208 fully mechanized mining face fully was established using CFD flow field simulation method.The structure characteristics of the flow field was simulated and analyzed.It was proved that the ventilation resistance loss of fully mechanized mining face was local resistance loss,and the wind resistance values of mining face under different air volume conditions were solved.The characteristic curve of air volume-resistance in fully mechanized mining face was fitted using numerical analysis method.The relationship between wind resistance and air volume was quadratic parabola.The relative error between the calculated results of function formula and the measured results of wind resistance was less than 6%.The wind flow-resistance characteristic curve of the mining face obtained in this paper can be used in the accurate calculation of mine ventilation network.
