摘 要:针对采煤机自动调高系统的控制性能问题,提出了一种基于内模(IMC)PID控制器的控制策略。该控制策略采用H2最优控制方法对自动调高系统的输出进行优化,以提高该系统的目标跟踪能力,并根据内模控制理论将控制器转化为易于工程实现的PID控制器。仿真结果显示相较于常规PID控制器,文章所提出的控制器能有效解决调高系统中含有积分环节的控制问题,同时该控制策略还有较强的鲁棒性。Aiming at the control performance of the automatic height adjustment system of the shearer,a control strategy based on the internal model(IMC)PID controller is proposed.H2 optimal control method is applied as control strategy to optimize the output of the automatic height adjustment system and improve the target tracking ability of the system,and the controller is converted into a PID controller that is easy to implement according to the internal model control theory.The simulation results show that,compared with the conventional PID controller,the controller proposed in this paper can effectively solve the control problem of the integral link in the height-adjusting system,and the control strategy is of strong robustness.
