摘 要:试验旨在研究京红1号商品代蛋鸡产蛋后期小麦-DDGS饲粮中磷的适宜添加量,在充分利用非常规饲料资源的同时,为京红1号商品代蛋鸡营养标准的制定提供参考依据。试验采用450只52周龄京红1号商品代蛋鸡,随机分成5个处理组(磷水平分别为0.440%、0.474%、0.508%、0.542%、0.576%),每组6个重复,每个重复15只鸡。试验基础饲粮为小麦-DDGS日粮,试验期6周。结果表明:不同磷水平对产蛋后期京红1号代蛋鸡平均日产蛋率、平均蛋重、平均日产蛋量、料蛋比均无显著影响(P<0.05)。与其他4组相比,0.508%组的平均日产蛋量分别升高5.26%、2.04%、0.45%、8.68%;与0.440%、0.474%、0.576%组相比,0.508%组的料蛋比分别降低4.00%、0.92%、8.09%。饲粮不同磷水平对产蛋后期京红1号代蛋鸡破蛋率、畸形蛋率、不合格蛋率、蛋壳强度、蛋壳比率均无显著影响(P<0.05)。然而与其他4组相比,0.508%组的破蛋率分别降低78.66%、92.43%、86.76%、90.64%,不合格蛋率分别降低72.92%、85.69%、80.95%、76.57%,蛋壳强度分别升高11.12%、4.12%、16.62%、39.43%。结果显示,京红1号代蛋鸡产蛋后期小麦-DDGS型饲粮中最佳磷水平推荐量为0.508%。The study aimed to investigate the appropriate level of phosphorus in wheat-DDGS diet during late laying period of Jinghong Ⅰ commercial laying hens, so as to provide reference basis for the establishment of nutritional standard for Jinghong Ⅰ commercial laying hens. In the experiment, 450 52-week-old Jinghong Ⅰ laying hens were allotted randomly to five treatments(phosphorus levels were 0.440%, 0.474%, 0.508%, 0.542%, 0.576%, respectively) with six replicates per group and 15 hens per replicate. The hens were fed with wheat-DDGS basic diet for six weeks. The results showed that different dietary phosphorus levels had no significant influence on average daily laying rate, average egg weight, average daily egg production and feed: egg ratio during late laying period(P<0.05). Compared with other four groups, average daily egg production in 0.508% group was 5.26%, 2.04%, 0.45% and 8.68% higher, respectively. Compared with groups of 0.440%, 0.474%, 0.576%, the egg-laying ratio in 0.508% group was 4.00%, 0.92%, 8.09% lower, respectively. There was no difference on broken egg rate, abnormal egg rate, unqualified egg rate, egg shell strength and egg shell ratio of Jinghong Ⅰ laying hens(P<0.05). However, compared with other four groups, the egg breaking rate of the 0.508% group was 78.66%, 92.43%, 86.76% and 90.64% lower, and the unqualified egg rate was 72.92%, 85.69%, 80.95% and 76.57% lower, respectively. The shell strength was 11.12%, 4.12%, 16.62% and 39.43%, respectively. Therefore, optimal dietary phosphorus level in wheat-DDGS diet was 0.508% for Jinghong Ⅰ laying hens during the late laying period.
