摘  要:为了安全、准确地测定饲料中的Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd 4种元素的含量,试验采用微波消解技术对饲料进行前处理,应用原子吸收分光光度计对饲料中的Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd元素进行测定。研究表明,试验建立的微波消解-原子吸收光谱法标准曲线的回归方程系数分别为0.995 6、0.992 3、0.997 1、0.993 8,RSD值依次为2.12%、1.06%、2.48%、1.47%,RSD值在1.00%~2.50%之间,均小于5%(n=5),各项元素的回收率都处于92.00%~99.00%之间,可见检测方法准确、可靠,可以用于饲料中Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd元素的检测。应用本研究的检测方法和工作条件检测反刍预混料、禽用复合预混料、仔猪预混料3种饲料样品中的重金属含量,结果显示,反刍预混料的Cu元素过高,仔猪预混料受Pb元素的污染严重。In order to quickly, safely and accurately determine the heavy metal elements in feed, microwave digestion technology was used to pretreat feed, and atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine the elements of Cu, Zn, Pb and Cd in feed. The results showed that the regression equation coefficient of standard curve of microwave digestionatomic absorption spectrometry was 0.995 6, 0.992 3, 0.997 1 and 0.993 8, respectively. The RSD value was 2.12%, 1.06%, 2.48% and 1.47% respectively. The RSD value ranged from 1.00% to 2.50%, all of which were less than 5%(n=5). The recoveries of all elements were between 92.00% and 99.00%. The method is accurate and reliable, and can be used for the determination of copper, zinc, lead and cadmium in feed. The contents of heavy metals in three feed samples, namely ruminant premix, poultry compound premix and piglet formula feed, were determined by the method and working conditions of the study. The results showed that the Cu element in the commercial ruminant premix was too high, and the piglet formula feed was seriously polluted by the Pb element.
