摘  要:选用6种不同特征黏度的聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化綾(PDADMAC),通过测定浆料阳离子需求量、滤水速度、白水浊度、细小组分含量和溶解与胶体物质(DCS)含量考察PDADMAC对于瓦楞纸浆中DCS的控制效果。结果表明:PDADMAC用量越多,越容易与浆料中的DCS作用,降低阳离子需求量,越有利于提高滤水速度,越有利于降低白水浊度和细小纤维含量;相同用量下,PDADMAC的特征黏度越高,越容易与浆料中的DCS作用,降低阳离子需求量,越有利于提高滤水速度,越有利于降低白水浊度和细小纤维含量。poly(diallyldimethylammonium chloride)(PDADMAC)with different intrinsic viscosities were used as anionic trash catcher to treat corrugated paper pulp.The effects of PDADMAC on controlling dissolved and colloidal substances(DCS)were investigated by measuring cationic demand,pulp drainage speed,the turbidity of white water,weight of fine particles,weight of DCS.The results showed that the more dosage of PDADMAC was used,the easier it was to interact with DCS,reduce cationic demand,increase pulp drainage speed,decrease white water turbidity and fine particle content.Under the same dosage,the higher the intrinsic viscosity of PDADMAC,the easier it was to interact with DCS,reduce cationic demand,increase pulp drainage speed,decrease white water turbidity and fine particle content.
